Coverage: the questions that come up

Some places seem to be in two postcodes at once. Which one am I?

Several localities on this list genuinely straddle a boundary. Joyden’s Wood is split between DA2 and DA5, Crook Log appears in DA6, DA7 and DA16, Abbey Wood spans DA7 and DA17, Stone spans DA2 and DA9, Longlands spans DA14 and DA15, and Albany Park manages three at once. Every one of those districts is on this page, so you do not need to work it out before you ring.

What if my postcode is not on the list?

Ring and ask. The eighteen districts here are the ones we cover as a matter of course, and the edges of any patch are always a conversation rather than a rule.

Do the area pages actually say anything different?

Yes. Each one is written for its own district: which localities it takes in, which districts border it, and something practical that is genuinely specific to the housing there. They are not the same page with the name swapped.

Does it cost more to come further out?

Nothing on this site quotes a price, and that includes travel. What you get is a written quote for the whole job before any work starts, so whatever it comes to, you see it before you agree to it.
